PRAGUE FRINGE 2021
2 - 7 November 2021
The very first Autumn Fringe, and Prague Fringe's 20th Anniversary, bringing theatre, comedy and performance back to the heart of Prague following the impact of covid on the 2020 festival.
From award-winning Swedish noir The Swan Woman, to Scottish spoken-word and live harp playing in From Shetland to Shanghai and from powerful one-man shows Churchill and Playing Maggie... The Iron Lady by acclaimed British actor Pip Utton, to alternative comedy with Lecoq-train clowning in Intolerable Side Effects and much, much more, there really was something for everyone on offer.
The festival closed with a 20th birthday cake, a history of Prague Fringe installation, and 4 unique local Czech puppetry works, available to watch live in the theatre and live streamed across the globe.
Ellen Burgin served as Artist and Technical Manager for the 2021 Fringe, managing the live stream interfaces and being the first point of call with the artists.
